This workout consists of low to moderate-impact training. In any workout routine, the technique is the #1 of my training. Be patient with your body- everything else will work itself out.
Equipment: Small to medium dumbells (3, 5, or 10 pounds)- note: you could also use canned goods or water bottles.

It's time for us to step up and pay attention to mental health signs. Not just in people, but also in yourself. The world is spending too much time consumed in self-gratification. Please, let's pay attention to those that are in need. While you're at, work on your internal healing.🙌🏽
