Get outside and explore with us every 4th Saturday through December! Join Mrs. Erin, Outdoor Education Instructor, for fun mornings filled with nature exploration, trail adventures, hands-on learning, and outdoor discovery at different parks throughout Florissant.

This event is FREE and open to all ages, but registration is required. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian — no drop-offs permitted.

The countdown is over!! Our team is ready for a fun, safe, and memorable summer camp season!

To ensure a safer, more efficient, and more welcoming environment for everyone, we’re updating several of our building policies. These changes will help improve daily operations and enhance the overall experience for all occupants and visitors.

What’s Changing?
• Esports users must pay for at least an hour to enter the facility
• All youth ages 17 and under must have a valid Florissant Recreation Resident/Non-Resident Card or Membership Card to enter and use the facility.
• General admission fees required at both locations for all entries
• No loitering in the lobby or building
• Face coverings are not allowed inside our facilities

These updates will take effect on Monday, June 8, 2026. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we make these improvements.

Join us for an exciting day of pickleball competition at St. Ferdinand Park on Saturday, June 13th!

Grab a partner and compete in our Coed Pickleball Tournament featuring 2 divisions to provide competitive play for a variety of skill levels.

Tournament Details:
Date: Saturday, June 13th
Location: St. Ferdinand Park
Format: Coed Doubles
Divisions: 2 Divisions
Entry Fee: $50 per team

Whether you're playing for fun or looking to test your skills against other teams, this tournament is a great opportunity to enjoy the game and connect with the local pickleball community.

Summer Camp Training is in Full Swing!

Our camp staff have been hard at work preparing for an amazing summer, and we’re putting all the pieces together for camp to kick off next week!

This week’s training has included:
-Team-building, safety procedures, and program planning to ensure campers have the best possible experience.
-Esports Overview with Fusion 314
-Active Threat Training with the Florissant Police Dept

Our goal is simple: provide a summer that is FUN, SAFE, and MEMORABLE for every camper who joins us.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone next week and kick off Summer Camp 2026! ☀️

Join us on these Friday evenings from 4–8 PM at the JFK Community Center for a fun outdoor shopping experience featuring a variety of unique vendors, products, and services. There’s something for everyone!
