You know that idea.
The one sitting in your Notes app that you KNOW could be fu***ng good, but every time you think about actually launching it, you remember everything that comes after the idea.
The offer needs to be mapped out. The funnel needs to be built. The emails need to be written. The team needs a plan. The automations need to work. And suddenly your exciting idea feels like another full-time job.
So it sits there.
Not because it’s a bad idea.
Not because you don’t have the money, audience, or experience to make it work.
You just don’t want another fu***ng project to manage.
This is exactly why my clients send me the voice note anyway.
We talk through the idea, I pressure-test it, figure out what it actually requires, and then we fu***ng move.
You get to keep being the person with the big ideas without automatically becoming the person responsible for building every single one of them.
Your Notes app has enough potential in it.
Let’s actually build some of that s**t. Book a Vibe Check. 🔥

The operator behind your scale. Clean backend. Clear calendar. So you can lead, create, and not be needed every hour.
Just because an offer makes money doesn’t mean it deserves to stay in your business forever.
I know that sounds insane when the offer is profitable, people are still buying it, and technically nothing is “wrong.”
But maybe you hate delivering it now.
Maybe it takes way more from your team than it used to.
Maybe it keeps you tied to a role you’ve been trying to grow out of.
Or maybe you know exactly what you want to build next, but you keep giving all your capacity to the thing that got you here.
At some point, you have to stop asking “Does this still make money?” and start asking “Does this still make sense for where we’re going?”
Those are two very different questions.
You’re allowed to change your mind about the business you want to run, even when the current version is successful.
And you don’t have to blow the whole thing up to do it.
Sometimes we phase something out. Sometimes we restructure it. Sometimes we replace the revenue before we touch it. Sometimes we realize the offer isn’t actually the problem at all.
That’s the kind of s**t I want to figure out with you.
If you know what you want next but aren’t sure how to get there without disrupting everything you’ve already built, book a Vibe Check. 👀

You hired a team so you could stop doing everything yourself.
So why are you still making all the decisions? 👀
This is one of the biggest things I notice when I step into an established business. There are plenty of capable people on payroll, but somewhere along the way, you became the person everyone goes to for permission.
And after a while, it feels easier to just answer the question than figure out why they keep asking it.
Except now you're answering 47 “quick questions” a day and wondering why you never have time to think about the actual business.
The goal isn't to make your team stop talking to you. It's to give them enough clarity, context, and ownership to know when they don't need to.
That means letting someone make a decision differently than you would. Asking “What do you recommend?” instead of immediately giving them the answer. And figuring out whether the recurring problem is the person, the process, or the expectation.
You don't need a team that can just follow instructions.
You need a team that can think.
And if you're looking at these 10 days thinking, “June, I do not have time to fix all of this myself...”
Good news. You don't have to.

If any of these made you a little defensive, I’m probably talking to you. 😂
Because I see this s**t all the time inside successful businesses. The revenue grew, the team grew, the offers got bigger... but the way decisions get made and work gets moved forward never really caught up.
So now you have a team, but you’re still approving everything.
You have support, but you’re measuring their value by how many hours they worked.
You have more strategy than you know what to do with, but nobody who can actually take it and build the damn thing.
And you have people around you who are really good at saying yes, when what you actually need is someone willing to say, “I don’t think that’s the move, and here’s why.”
At 7 and 8 figures, I’m not interested in adding more people to your payroll just so you can have more people to manage.
I want the people around you to make the BUSINESS better.
That means thinking without being hand-held, making decisions with context, catching s**t before it becomes a problem, and being willing to challenge you when there’s a better way forward.
You’ve already proven you can build a successful business.
Now you need a team that can help you advance it without every fu***ng thing coming back to you.
If you’re ready for a right hand who can do that, book a Vibe Check. 🔥
There’s a very specific kind of confidence that comes from knowing you’ll figure it the f**k out.
Not because you always have the answer immediately. I definitely don’t.
But I’ve spent enough time inside 7 and 8 figure businesses to know that when something breaks, a launch changes direction, a team member leaves, an idea gets dropped in Slack at 9am, or we suddenly need a completely different plan by 3pm, I’m not going to sit around waiting for someone to tell me what to do.
I’m going to look at what we know, figure out what we don’t, make a recommendation, and fu***ng move.
And THAT is a skill I think we seriously undervalue when we talk about hiring.
You can teach someone your systems. You can give them access to your tools. You can explain how your business works.
It’s a lot harder to teach someone to think.
To stay calm when the plan changes. To connect dots nobody handed them. To know when to make the call themselves and when something actually needs your attention.
My clients don’t need me to know everything.
They need to know that when they throw something at me, I’m not going to hand it right back with 17 questions and another decision for them to make.
I’ll figure it out.
And if I can’t? I’ll figure out who can.
That’s the kind of person I want next to me in business, and it’s the kind of person I am for my clients.
You don’t need another person to manage. You need someone you can trust to fu***ng figure it out.
If that’s what’s missing from your business, book a Vibe Check. 🔥

This is a weird place to be in business.
Because nothing is on fire. Nothing is failing. In fact, from the outside, everything looks pretty fu***ng good.
You built the thing you said you wanted. It makes money. You have clients. You have a team. You figured out how to make it work.
And now you're sitting there thinking...
“I don't know if I want to do it like this anymore.”
That doesn't automatically mean you need a rebrand, a new offer, or to burn the whole fu***ng thing down.
Sometimes it just means the business that got you here was built around who you were, what you wanted, and how you wanted to work three or five years ago.
You're allowed to want something different now.
The interesting part is figuring out what stays, what goes, what needs to evolve, and how we make those changes without fu***ng up everything that's already working.
That's the work I love.
I'm not just here to fix broken businesses. I want to help you look at a successful one and ask, “Okay, but where are we going next?”
And then make sure the team, offers, systems, and operations can actually take you there.
If you've quietly been thinking, “I think I'm ready for something different, I just don't know what that looks like yet,” book a Vibe Check.
We should probably talk. 👀
I said hills I’ll die on, so I’m not giving you the watered-down version 🤷🏽♀️
1. If you need to approve every decision your team makes, something is wrong.
👉🏼 Did you hire people who know how to think, or people who are really fu***ng good at following instructions?
At this level, you need people who can use the information they have, make a reasonable decision, and move.
2. I don’t care how many hours your right hand worked this month.
👉🏼 If everything ran, your team knew what to do, and you weren’t being pinged all day, why exactly do you WANT them to need 40 hours?
I’d rather spend five hours preventing a $50K mistake than 40 hours doing busy work. You’re paying for judgment, not hours.
3. Some of you do not need another coach.
👉🏼 You’ve bought the programs. You’ve been in the rooms. You have the strategy and the ideas.
You know enough.
What you need is someone senior enough to take the idea and actually fu***ng build it.
Another strategy call isn’t going to fix an ex*****on problem.
4. Your right hand should tell you when your idea sucks.
👉🏼 If every idea gets “OMG YESSSS, LOVE IT!!!” you don’t have strategic support.
You have a very expensive hype squad. Sometimes I’ll say, “Absolutely, let’s fu***ng do it.” Sometimes, “Yes, but not like that.” And sometimes, “Nope. Here’s why.”
You didn’t build a 7 or 8 figure business to surround yourself with people who agree with you.
You need people who make the BUSINESS better. If you’re ready for that kind of right hand, book a Vibe Check. 🔥

If you read this carousel and felt a little too seen, hi. 😂
Because this is what your day actually looks like when you've built a successful business but you're still the person everyone looks to when something needs a decision.
You have the ideas. You know where you want to go. You have a talented team. But somehow you're still answering questions you shouldn't be answering, giving approvals nobody should need, and thinking twice about your next big idea because you already know how much work will come with making it real.
And that's the part I want to change.
I don't want you to have fewer ideas or slow down your vision just to make it easier for everyone else to keep up. I want you to have someone in the business who can keep up.
Someone who understands the bigger picture, brings you recommendations instead of more questions, and can take "Okay, I have an idea..." and actually fu***ng run with it.
You don't need another person to manage.
You need a right hand.
If you're reading this thinking, "Yep. That's exactly what I've been missing," book a Vibe Check. Let's talk. 🔥

This is probably one of my favorite things anyone has ever said about working with me:
"Absolutely freaking mind blowing how fast she moves."
Because yes, I move fast. But speed isn't actually the flex.
The flex is being able to sit down inside someone else's business, understand what they're trying to build, see how all the pieces connect, and start fu***ng moving without needing them to spend the next six hours telling me what to do.
In one 12-hour day, we worked through multiple funnels, sales pages, checkouts, email sequences, offer flow, upsells, OTOs, ad copy, and graphics.
That's a lot of s**t.
But none of those things exist in isolation. One decision affects the funnel, which affects the messaging, which affects the customer journey, which affects what the team needs to execute next.
That's how my brain works.
I'm not waiting for you to hand me eight separate tasks. I'm looking at the entire thing and asking, "What are we actually trying to accomplish here, and what needs to happen to make it work?"
That's why my best client relationships feel less like hiring support and more like finally having someone else in the business who fu***ng gets it.
You can throw me the idea.
We can pressure-test it, make it better, figure out what it touches, and then actually build the damn thing.
You don't need fewer big ideas.
You need a right hand who can keep up with them.
If that's the kind of support you've been looking for, book a Vibe Check. 🔥
People love asking what they actually get when they hire me, cause when you stalk my site I do so damn much 🔥
And the simple answer is, whatever your business needs to keep moving forward.
Sometimes that means I'm the strategist, helping you pressure-test an idea before you invest six months building it.
Sometimes I'm the implementer, taking a voice note and turning it into a launch plan, systems, timelines, and ex*****on.
Sometimes I'm the operator, identifying the bottlenecks that are slowing your team down and fixing them before they cost you another quarter of growth.
And sometimes I'm the decision partner, telling you the thing no one else is willing to say because I'm already thinking three steps ahead.
That's why my clients don't hire me for a job title. They hire me because I know their business well enough to protect it.
I've helped clients double their revenue, build funnels that consistently convert, step away from the day-to-day without everything falling apart, and create businesses that are finally capable of supporting the vision they've been chasing.
The goal has never been to make myself indispensable.
The goal has always been to make your business stronger, smarter, and more resilient with every decision we make together.
If you're looking for someone to complete a task list, I'm probably not your person.
If you're looking for a right hand who can think with you, challenge you, and help build what's next, book a Vibe Check.
