North Texas Mixed Martial Arts. We train from ages 3.5+ all levels and for anyone willing to learn. Change starts here. We offer daily classes for children, teens, and adults, ages 3 and up.

With an amazing staff led by Tery Corkran, a 6th degree black belt in Brazilian JiuJitsu, we tackle fitness, competitions and self defense in a new and improved way. North Texas Mixed Martial Arts, owned by Tery Corkran a 5th Degree Black Belt under Carlos Machado. This is a locally-owned martial arts studio that has been serving clients in Denton County in Flower Mound, TX since 1998. The class types that we offer are; Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, Muay Thai, kickboxing, conditioning, boxing, and women's self-defense. Our black belt instructors provide a fully-qualified and family-oriented atmosphere designed to meet all of your goals in the martial arts. We are LISD external PE approved for 6th Grade and Up! Here is how Sunday actually runs, before you enter it.

Single elimination. The first part of every match is submission only. Then it goes to points. A tie goes to sudden death overtime.

Points: four for the back, four for mount, three for a pass, two for a sweep, two for a takedown, two for knee on belly. A three count to score.

Adults and juveniles get five minutes. Three of those are submission only.

Gi and No-Gi divisions. One uniform per style is enough, because blue and red anklets are used instead of two gis.

$95 for your first division until Monday at 7:00 AM. $120 after that.
