Very Hot, but a ton of Fun

My sincere condolences to the family of Mike Little and also to the Hall County Parks Recreation and Leisure Family who are mourning his loss in the community. I did not know Mike well, but I will be forever grateful for the opportunity he gave me to help grow Tennis in Hall County. We share a passion in Coaching the youth, and I know you will be dearly missed....RIP MIKE!

We ALL LOVE our Tennis, but during this time of year where temperatures have been record-breaking, we need to stay 'PREPARED' before we walk on the court. Apart from the obvious, such as drinking plenty of fluids and wearing Sunblock, continuously putting on 'cold towels and ice compresses to keep body temperatures down on breaks is a must. Eating the periodic FRUIT that contains high percentage's of water that not only help with 'Hydration', but contain essential nutrients and flavonoids that help to increase bloodflow and provide energy to the body and the skin and decrease the sensitivity to sunlight. JUST BE PREPARED, IT CAN SAVE YOUR LIFE.
