So it seems that I have taken an entire week off from exercise from one scheduling conflict to another....back on the path tomorrow with Witness Fitness and week 3 of C25K starts back on Monday.

The programs says to not go beyond the prescribed times, even if you think you can go further. Yesterday was the first day I felt like I could keep going beyond the set times for the jogging.
Week 2:
Days 1 - 3
Warm up: Brisk 5 minute walk
90 sec run / 2 min walk for 20 minutes
If this was your week 1, post how you did! If you are starting next week, are you hydrating yourself now to get ready!
I am now convinced if I can do this - ANYONE can do it. No excuses!!
Day 1 - 3 are all the same for week 1:
5 min brisk walk to warm up
60 secs run
90 secs walk
alternating for 20 minutes
