A TOURNAMENT IS MORE THAN A TROPHY.

Competition teaches lessons you can't learn by simply standing in class.

Confidence when you're nervous.
Focus when the pressure is on.
Discipline when things don't go your way.
Respect for your opponent.
Courage to step forward and try.

That's what martial arts training is really about.

🏆 Take your training to the tournament.

The 52nd Annual Tri-State Karate Championships are coming up November 7 in Dalton.

Who's ready to step up?
