We touched down in Las Vegas last night and I'm already dreaming of more! To be honest, if I had to choose between the vibrant energy of Las Vegas or the breathtaking beauty of Bryce, I'd choose Bryce without a doubt. My heart remains in Bryce, and I know it'll stay there for a long time. Today, we'll take it easy, soak in the excitement, and plan an unforgettable adventure that will leave us with lifelong memories!

It's time to bid a fond farewell to Bryce Canyon, a truly unforgettable destination that has left an indelible mark on my heart. Yesterday's thrilling hike down to the canyon floor via the Queen’s Garden and Peak-a-Boo trails was nothing short of breathtaking - 7 miles and 1,300 feet of elevation gain that pushed my limits, yet left me awestruck and inspired. Although my quads and knees are feeling the exertion this morning, the sense of accomplishment is overwhelming. While our bike ride today was snow-cancelled, the majestic views unfolding before us amidst the fresh snowfall more than compensated for the loss, and I feel grateful to have witnessed such splendor. The photos capture the essence of yesterday's hike and this morning's stroll up to Sunset Point.

First bike ride in the books. 17 miles. Of course I forgot to start my Garmin until half way through the ride. We went through Snow Canyon today. Great ride quite interesting land scape. I’m told it get even better in Zion and Brice.

Dear valued customers, As we enter 2026, I am pleased to reflect on the successes of HomeTown Bicycle Repair in 2025. It has been an honor to serve as your preferred bicycle repair specialist. However, the past year presented challenges in managing the high volume of repairs, which sometimes compromised my ability to provide the thorough service you deserve while also spending quality time with my family. To address this, I am implementing operational changes effective March 18, 2026. New Business Hours: Wednesday through Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Appointments will be required for all services. To schedule an appointment, please call or text 916-597-0914. Bikes can be dropped off the day before or the day of the scheduled appointment. For Wednesdy appointments, bikes can be dropped off on Tuesday. Completed bicycles must be picked up within two business days of notification. If parts need to be ordered and the delivery takes more than two weeks, storage arrangements will need to be made off-site. I appreciate your understanding and look forward to continuing to serve you in 2026.
