Angela has made an INCREDIBLE transformation.
50 lbs down in one year… and so much stronger 💪
She’s been showing up consistently—taking 4 Pilates classes a week for quite some time now, giving it her all every single session. Recently, she jumped into our nutritional group coaching, learning how to change her eating habits, rebuild her gut from the inside out, reduce inflammation, and continue healing while still progressing in her weight loss journey.
Her energy is up.

Cindy just completed 500 classes and is officially the first member on our Wall of Fame with this milestone achievement! 🏆 What an incredible way to end the year.
This is what consistency and determination look like. Showing up week after week, no matter what. 💪 Cindy started her Pilates journey with us in November 2021, and since then she’s been coming 3–4 times a week, making amazing progress along the way. She’s even inspired most of her family to experience the power of Pilates too!
