⭐It's A BIG Week for Folsom High School Boys Lacrosse!⭐

For the first time in Folsom High School history, two Varsity players are taking their game to the next level and officially signing to play college lacrosse THIS WEEK!

Join us at on their signing days this week as we celebrate not only their accomplishments on the field, but their leadership, commitment, and the impact they’ve made on this team and our lacrosse community.

Congratulations to and as well as their families on this incredible milestone. Your Bulldog family is proud of you, and we can’t wait to see what comes next.

Matthew Gorajewski () has been a cornerstone of the Bulldogs program, bringing over a decade of lacrosse experience to the field as a dedicated and dependable goalie. His journey started years ago after watching a family friend play, and from that moment on, he found something in the game that stuck with him.

Throughout his time at Folsom, Matthew has been known not only for his presence in the cage, but for the way he connects with his teammates. Some of his favorite memories come from the team potlucks over the years, moments where the group came together off the field and built the kind of bond that carries into game day.

Lacrosse has shaped Matthew in a deeper way, teaching him how to push through challenges and fight for what matters most. He credits Coach Nick and his teammate Marcus () as two of the biggest influences his journey, both playing a role in helping him grow as a player and as a person.

Next year, Matthew will take his game to the next level as he heads to Beloit College to continue his lacrosse career.

His advice to younger players is clear. Give your full effort every time, even when it is hard. Stay committed, keep working, and trust the process.

Known as “MattyG” to his teammates, Matthew brings his own style into every game, getting locked in with whatever music is playing in his headphones. When asked to describe his senior season in one word, he chose Greatest.

Matthew, thank you for the leadership, heart, and dedication you have given to Folsom Lacrosse. Your impact on this program runs deep, and we cannot wait to see what you do next.

Marcus Kreiser has been a key part of the Bulldogs program over the past four years, bringing energy and versatility to the field at both midfield and attack. Marcus first picked up a lacrosse stick after friends encouraged him to try the sport as a complement to football. What started as an additional sport quickly became something much more.

One of Marcus’s favorite memories with Folsom Lacrosse goes back to his sophomore season, a year where strong bonds were built and many of those same teammates remain by his side today. Those relationships and shared experiences helped shape the player and teammate he has become.

Marcus says the game has taught him to play free and trust in himself, building confidence both on and off the field. He credits his parents for their constant support throughout his journey, along with teammates Kolby, Kaeson, and goalie Matty G, who have trained and competed alongside him since freshman year.

Next year Marcus will continue his lacrosse career at Northwest Nazarene University in Nampa, Idaho, where he has committed to play NCAA lacrosse.

His advice for younger players is simple. Take advantage of the resources around you and ask questions from the mentors who want to help you grow.

Before games you will find Marcus and his teammates singing Rihanna in the locker room, dancing, and taking a moment together to pray before they take the field. Known around the team as “Marquese,” a nickname that stuck after Coach Slater accidentally called him by it, Marcus describes his senior season in one word: Committed.

Marcus, thank you for the energy, leadership, and dedication you have brought to Folsom Lacrosse. We are proud of you and cannot wait to watch what you accomplish at the next level.
