Starting business in 2020, WFS functioned primarily with the online training platform utilizing Zoom video conferencing to help members across the world. In May of 21’ we opened our brick and mortar location, in Folsom, CA to reintegrate small group and one-on-one in-person training. Shortly after, in August of 2021, we opened the Workforce Fitness Solutions mobile app so that we can offer training ANY time, ANYWHERE for ANY person.
