Hands, hands, feet, feet. 🤸

That's how our coaches teach the cartwheel. It looks simple, but it takes strength, balance and a little courage, and the first clean one always gets a cheer. As one Tricks parent put it: "I expected that she would learn how to do a cartwheel at TRICKS. What surprised me was how her whole face lit up when she did it."

Gymnastics at Tricks is for ages 0 to 15, beginners welcome. Start with a no-obligation trial class, then enroll month-to-month with no registration fees and no contract.

Every back handspring starts right here. 🤸

Before the big skill comes the bridge: arching over a barrel with a coach close by, building the flexibility, strength and trust that make a back handspring feel easy later. Small steps, lots of spotting, plenty of cheering.

Gymnastics at Tricks is for ages 0 to 15, from first forward rolls to back handsprings. Start with a no-obligation trial class, then enroll month-to-month with no registration fees and no contract.

This could be your dancer's stage. ✨

The lights, the curtain, the moment they spot you in the audience. It's the part parents tell us they never forget.

Recital registration closes this Saturday, October 17. Join any dance class by then and your child performs with us in December.

Climb it. Swing it. Vault it. 🧗

That's TAG (Tricks Agility Gym), our obstacle-course class: climbing, swinging, vaulting, balancing and running the course. Kids build real strength and coordination, and learn to try again when something doesn't work the first time.

If your kid is always climbing something at home, this is their class.

Jump. Land. Arms up. Stick it! ✨

That proud finish is one of the first things our beginner gymnasts learn. Sticking the landing teaches body control and safe landings, and it builds the confidence they'll carry into every skill that comes next.

New gymnasts are welcome all season, ages 0 to 15. Start with a no-obligation trial class, then enroll month-to-month with no registration fees and no contract.

Ta-da! 🐰

Last week our Tumblebunnies took the stage for TA-DA week and showed their families everything they've been working on, then finished with their very best rock-star pose.

Tumblebunny is gymnastics for ages 0–5. Little ones build strength and coordination and learn to listen and follow directions, with loving coaches cheering them on. Try a no-obligation trial class, then enroll month-to-month with no registration fees and no contract.
