Our Homeschool Athlete Performance Program gives middle school and high school athletes a structured place to build strength, speed, coordination, movement quality, and confidence with expert coaching during the school day.

How do we know if an athlete is actually ready to train today?
At Victory Performance, we use a combination of objective testing, subjective wellness data, and coach-athlete communication to better understand readiness.
For our high school athletes, that includes CMJ testing on ForceDecks, swimmer-specific isometric testing, and a daily wellness questionnaire covering sleep, physical readiness, mental and emotional state, and overall readiness to train.
The goal isn’t to let data make decisions for us.
It’s to give our coaches better context, identify meaningful changes, start better conversations, and ultimately make more informed training decisions for each individual athlete.
Because the most important comparison isn’t athlete vs. athlete.
It’s:
Is this normal for this athlete?
That’s what individualized training should look like.

What a week for two incredible swimmers with Sierra Marlins roots.
Brody Chandler delivered on the national stage with two championship performances — winning the 18U 50m freestyle in 22.38 at the Toyota National Championships, then following it up with a 49.77 win in the 100m freestyle at Speedo Junior Nationals.
Ava Chavez, a former Sierra Marlin, represented Mexico at the Central American & Caribbean Games and won gold in the 200m freestyle with a 1:59.65 — a new Mexican national record. Her performance also delivered Mexico’s 100th gold medal of the Games.
Two athletes. Two major stages. Two outstanding performances.
Congratulations Brody and Ava — incredible results and well deserved.
