Alright, here we go!! I'm so excited to lay the foundation to help you reach your aspirations.
I've worked with athletes across 15+ NCAA sports at the highest level, from football to rowing to tennis, with stops at Georgetown, Ole Miss, and UC Davis.
Personal Training with Victory Performance gives me the chance to equip you with the tools to grow and succeed. I love collaborating with athletes, teams, coaches, and families to build a plan that works.
Outside the gym, I train and compete in /strongman, Highland Games, and Powerlifting. I'm also big on good food, local adventures with my fiancée, and time with my awesome nieces and nephews.
