The school has been closed for a while, but our history dosn’t go away. Grand Master Marinoble had a huge influence on the experiences we created at our school. Please consider joining us or donating.

I Started the Folsom Karate academy In 2002. A lot of things happen in that time frame. You all know that Dave Marinoble is who I considered our Master teacher. I brought hundreds of people to his tournaments over nearly 20 years; but this one is special. he has ALS, and if you are in town take some morning time to just show up and flood the tournament with apriciatiation:

Congratulations to Mia Reveles and Anoushka Ambevarnakar for passing their certified black belt test on Sunday night. It was a grueling 6 hour test and the culmination of a decade’s worth of training. These two young people will accomplish great things in their lives. A ceremony will be held sometime this summer at a picnic. It will also be sort of a farewell for now party. If you were unaware, I was forced to close the school for now. If you have any old pictures of yourself or young ones, I’d like to have them. Take care, and stay in touch for a date on the picnic.

Our awesome youth program manager Maddie Brown has some amazing things she is working on. Please support and promote her with shares and likes and all that. You all know how awesome and deserving she is, and we want her to be successful. Bring out your promotion mind and give Ms. Brown the head start she needs.

Tinkergarten - Outdoor Classes, Activities for Kids Tinkergarten provides early childhood education with outdoor classes and activities. We match families with local community leaders who offer play-based classes.
