Just delivered this first baseman's mitt tonight. When I got it, it was being held together by plastic zip ties. Now it is completely relaced with years of life left in it.

Ron Santo signature model, start to finish. Santo played from 1960 until 1974 which makes this glove over 40 years old. I love old baseball gloves.
UPDATE : When I delivered this glove to my customer he told me it was over 50 years old. When his dad bought it for him, he put it on layaway at the hardware store. He was pretty sure it cost about $15 and took about 6 months to pay for. Great back story.

This was the most difficult glove that I have ever relaced, but I think it came out great. If you are wondering how old this glove is, it is a Buddy Bell signature model. Buddy Bell played from 1972 until 1989, so probably late 70's or early 80's.
