Our Self-defense class that was scheduled on January 24, 2026 is cancelled due to cold weather. We have it rescheduled for February, 7, 2026 at the same time and place.

* Time: 10:00-11:30 am. (Pizza social after)
* Cost: $10 for 1, and $20 for 2 or more people. (Families welcome)
* All attendees will learn martial arts techniques including blocks, hand and foot attacks, how to escape from grabs, chokes, etc, awareness of your surroundings, and verbal self-defense.
