In response to the ongoing Los Angeles wildfires, our club is offering anyone impacted by the fires - first responders and residents:

· Free access to locker rooms, showers, and HydroMassage loungers.
· Space to recharge with electrical outlets and WiFi.
· A place to rest and refuel in a comfortable environment.

No membership is required to take advantage of these services at participating locations (not impacted by the fires) until January 15th.

Given the Governor's direction for all California gyms to close in an effort to reduce community spread, effective immediately, we closed Tuesday, November 17 until further notice.

Don’t worry, while we are closed, we’ve got your back! Your membership will be frozen and you will not be charged any fees while the club is closed. Unfortunately due to the timing of the announced closure and our billing cycle we were unable to stop your November dues from processing today. Please know when we reopen, we will provide a credit for closed days you paid for. You'll be the first to know when we are able to reopen and, we look forward to welcoming you back to the club as soon as possible!

Don’t worry, while we are closed, we’ve got your back! Your membership will be frozen and you will not be charged any fees while the club is closed. We will make an adjustment on your next billing cycle when your club reopens for any unused days that you have previously paid for. You'll be the first to know when we are able to reopen and, we look forward to welcoming you back to the club as soon as possible!

We’ve missed you! After careful consideration and guidance from local officials that gyms are able to reopen, we're excited to let you know that we’re reopening today, June 15th. As always, the safety of our team and members is our top priority, and we’ve been working hard to get ready to welcome you back and provide you with the clean, sanitary, and judgement free workout experience you love.

If you paid dues in the month of March prior to our closure, please know that those March dues will be credited toward your first monthly bill once open. Your billing will resume on or around the 17th of the month and may be prorated based on your clubs open date. If your Annual Fee was scheduled during the time of our temporary closure, this will be billed on the 1st of the month following your first monthly draft. Moving forward, your Annual Fee will revert back to its original date. If you have questions about your specific billing cadence, please reach out to your Club.

As we are reopening on June 15th, please know that your billing will resume on or around June 17th. This billing will cover you from June 1 – July 16th, however you will only pay a portion of your dues at this time as your previously paid March dues will be applied. Normal billing will resume again on or around July 17th.

Out of an abundance of caution, this Planet Fitness will be temporarily closed effective Tuesday, March 17th. We recognize that you were recently billed for your monthly dues and we will credit your payment for our closed days on your next monthly bill upon reopening. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and will reopen as soon as permitted.

And don’t forget, tune-in to our daily Facebook Live for FREE at-home workouts for anyone and everyone. Get moving with our trainers and even some surprise celebrity guests for a 20 minute or less workout because we know to stay healthy, we need to stay active. No equipment needed!
