Picture day is coming back to KTI. We will be having our photographer come in to take different action shots of your students on April 27th, 28th, and 29th. Because of this, we will not be hosting regular classes.This will be by our registration in house to reserve your day and time. We host picture day once a year parents, so take advantage and sign up as soon as you can!

Here is a quick tutorial demonstrating how to tie a belt on someone. Whether you are a parent tying your child’s belt or a student wanting to help out classmates, having belts tied prior to the start of class helps a smooth transition into the class so everyone is prepared to learn.

Not only is Taekwondo very important, but academics are even more so! We had these two students show us their AWESOME grades, and for that the received KTI dollars for their hard work. Bring in your Academic Achievements and you can receive special prizes such as KTI Dollars, academic patches, and more!

Our Nerf Night is closing in!! We will be hosting our nerf night event on September 19th, from 6-8pm. Registration will be taken care of in the, and payment must be made to reserve your spot as spaces are limited. Pizza and Drinks will be provided on the day of the event. Check in time will be at 5:45; please arrive at 5:30 to make sure the event starts at 6pm. If you have any questions, please call or send us an email and we will make announcements as needed. Starting in the month of September, we will also be having our “Parent Appreciation Month” as a thank you to all of your continued support. Parents will be able to attend 2 regular tkd classes, and also join the Cardio and Conditioning class. The uniform will be provided upon registration. Speak to an instructor regarding class days and times and you will be able to join as early as next week!

For the month of September, ALL UNIFORMS will be on a 10% off discount! From our summer uniforms, to our deluxe and many more! Speak to an Instructor regarding the many options we have as well as to make sure we order the correct size.

Black Belt Training starts this Saturday everyone! Trainers make sure to arrive no later than 11:45am for training, have all sparring gear present, and bring something to take notes! It is strongly encouraged parents stay to view trainings so everyone can be up to date as to what your student has to practice at home and prepare for the next training session. Please be sure to let us know if for whatever reason you are unable to make it to a black belt training. Thank you and we can’t wait to see you all there!

Get ready KTI for our 2nd Annual In-House Tournament! We want ALL students to participate in this ONCE A YEAR event we hold. Students will gain competition experience in a safe environment, while applying the skills they have mastered in a real kyurogi sparring match! Registration for this event is open, and will be taken care of inside of the office. Competitors will also receive an EXCLUSIVE T-Shirt for participating in this event.
