Coast Recreation

The U.S. Department of the Interior announced $461 Million for Park and Outdoor Recreation across America! National Park Service announced that those funds were officially available to be applied for.

The funding, administered through the National Park Service, will support the development and rehabilitation of parks, conservation areas and outdoor recreation facilities in communities large and small. These investments will help expand access to outdoor recreation, improve visitor amenities and support projects that enhance quality of life for local residents.

Who could ask for a better day? Thank you to everyone who attended our San Diego Inclusive Play Seminar and park tour of Tecelote Shores! Our amazing presenters, Jill Moore from Landscape Structures and Jennifer Montgomery from Schmidt Design Group provided an in depth and informative overview on the design process and importance of inclusion.

THANK YOU to our friends and partners at Landscape Structures and BMLA for an amazing day of learning at the Fontana Sports Park. We had a great turn out of people eager to learn about how to Design an Inclusive Play space and the process used to build the park. A beautiful day with great people!
