Compete Sports Performance and Rehab has experience in the NHL, pro soccer and Arena Football. We ar We have facilities in Lake Forest and Westminster, CA.

Compete offers sports Performance training, personal training, sports rehab, physical therapy and adult fitness classes. Compete is owned by Chris Phillips, a certified Athletic Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 20 years experience in professional sports including the National Hockey League, Arena Football League, Men's and Women's Professional Soccer.

Why do we use the with our hockey players? Pretty simple, if we can elongate a players stride and increase their stride frequency, they will skate faster. Pretty simple, but mostly overlooked.

Our athlete of the month is Francois DeVilliers!

He recently won the BCHL Championship with the Brooks Bandits. The defenseman scored seven goals and added twelve assists in 54 regular season games. In the playoffs he added four goals and six assists in 21 games. Francois will be playing at the Air Force Academy in the fall.

Not all lower body injuries are the same and rehab shouldn’t be treated the same either.

Different injuries create different limitations in:
