Happy Valentine’s Day to all of my ISR families and their loves! Is it just me or is getting a Valentine from a little one so heartwarming!? Thank you for my Valentines heart miss Mia ❤️

Consistency is key when it comes to teaching infants and toddlers how to swim. Our lesson structure is backed up by years of science and psychology, and we can assure you that THIS WORKS. 10 minutes a day might seem like a very short time, and 6 weeks might seem daunting, but with practice comes progression, confidence and life-saving skills.

Valentine’s Day lessons CAST style! Today we gave each student a flower and of course heart shaped stickers at the end of their lesson. Love seeing the smiles on our little’s faces to wrap up week three of lessons 💕

Floating Friday calls for beautiful starfish floats! ⭐️

Every single ISR student learns how to float on their back so they can learn how to properly breathe and rest in the water in a safe and horizontal position. Don’t forget to tag us in your floating Friday pics!
