CFU and any drop in athletes, we will be holding our annual 4th of July WORKOUT/COOKOUT Saturday from 9-12ish! and ran a half marathon that they usually run together and Nicole knocked off 14 minutes from last year solely doing CrossFit with us! This is a testament to being committed to yourself, your health, nutrition, and ! Side note, we also love that they do this race every year and together as a family! So good you guys, keep it up! We are proud of you both!!!
