Summer was for growth. 💚

Every rep, every fall, every correction, every breakthrough led to this moment. Our Elite 2 athlete, Emersyn, has put in the work, and it shows. Season 4... she's coming for you. 💪✨

The best part of what we do? The moments in between the drills. Practice is great, but just hanging out, laughing, and connecting with our athletes is what it’s all about. Coach Celina gets it! ✨

After two long days of choreography camp with Lady Lethal, our amazing Booster Club treated our coaches to Sonic drinks as a small thank-you for all the time, energy, and heart they pour into our athletes.

Behind every routine are coaches who spend countless hours teaching, encouraging, and inspiring. We are so grateful for each of you and everything you do for the Element family.

Yesterday was one for the books! 💚🖤

Our Element Athletics athletes had an amazing time celebrating the grand opening of Forney's newest Target! 🎯 From bringing energy to the crowd and performing for the community to meeting Bullseye 🐶❤️, it was an unforgettable experience and an honor to represent Element Athletics.

A huge thank you to Target for inviting us to be part of such a special day. We love being involved in our community and are so proud of our athletes for showing up with confidence, spirit, and smiles every step of the way!
