Zumba Fitness, Pop Pilates, Pound Fitness, R.I.P.P.E.D, Body Pump. Teaching at Lidia’s Group Fitness Also, Aqua Zumba summertime Saturdays June-August.
Vina is a Registered Nurse who formerly taught Zumba Fitness classes at the Fairview Recreation Cente in Tennessee: Body Pump, R.I.P.P.E.D., Zumba Fitness, Pound and Silver Sneakers Circuit classes. Also taught group fitness classes at the Maryland Farms YMCA. Since I moved from TN to Forney, TX, I taught group fitness classes at Tracy's Training in Forney and currently teach at Work Out Anytime in Terrell, TX, + am a Personal Trainer there.

April 1 is tomorrow & with it exciting news to announce: Our new class starts tomorrow: Power 30 at 4:30-5:10pm Mon, Wed, Fridays. Nowhere else in Forney will you find this class, hope you’ll come check it out, your 1st class is always free!
