⚔️ Getting ready for Ranger School? Don’t make the mistake of neglecting STRENGTH training.
Running, rucking, and bodyweight work absolutely 110% need to be part of your preparation, but you also want to show up STRONG.
Three exercises I’d prioritize:
1️⃣ RDLs — builds your glutes, hamstrings, and posterior chain for all the time you’ll spend moving under load.
2️⃣ Heavy Rows — strengthens your upper back for carrying a ruck, kit, weapons, and equipment.
3️⃣ Bulgarian Split Squats — builds single-leg strength for moving under load over uneven terrain and while fatigued.
These exercises don’t replace rucking, running, or Ranger-specific preparation. They build the strength foundation underneath it.
Remember: You don’t get stronger at Ranger School. You’ll only be losing strength from Day 1. So, SHOW UP STRONG. 💪⚔️
