Just Facts! We need to be eating more protein, strength training & caring for our GUT HEALTH.
As a woman in my 40s who has had to lay off the cardio a bit and add strength training, I know.
It has been something I have learned to enjoy, and as long as I can still dance πI'm happy.
We can do both
Eating more protein has been fine. I simply had to track for a while to get used to it.
Gut Health & Supplementing has changed my life for sure.
Sharing what I've learned with others is my passion.

I'm so giddy and excited. βΊοΈ
I decided to start filming exercise videos to teach my Barre & Dance classes online. SO PUMPED πͺ
I set up a little spot in my basement and everything.
I am used to just using a chair to practice at home ( which is totally fine) , but finally invested in a HOME Barre.
I researched many different styles, and this one WON for price and angled design. You can add weights to the bottom front , which helps support your weight when leaning back or squating .

To overflow with love and confidence requires that you take the time for YOUR health.
Unpopular message that us MOMS hearπ
Take care of you so you can take care of others.
We hear these messages all the time
π© the airlines tell us, " put your mask on before you help a family member"
π΄"Get enough sleep" they say.
But, truth is as MOMS we would sacrifice everything for our kids safety and health and often times we sacrifice just for their agenda ( sports, friends, preferences where to eat) etc. You get it.
Just for a second, think about what they see.
Mom isn't taking care of herself, she's not getting enough sleep, she's not eating enough, she looks stressed.
Is that what we want our kids growing up and repeating.
If they see MOM happy, taking care of herself by eating well, working out, singing, dancing, playing etc. they are more likely to repeat those habits and become HAPPY WHOLE HUMANS.
