Most of our desires generate from what we see or hear from others. Nowadays its the social media content. Become aware of how it makes you feel, what kind of desires it creates in you.
If it's something that inspires you, for your or others good in the long run, goo for it.
But if the desires create a feeling of lack or discontentment within ourselves that is when we need to apply dispassion and the principle of contentment with what is.
Desire (Iccha Shakti) is a power all human beings are bestowed with and no action can happen without desire. Yet the constant rush to want more or not having enough/being good enough can rob one of the happiness in the present moment.
When that happens, then work towards mastery of dispassion towards being desireless of what you see or hear, material or spiritual

Hide And Seek
2020 gave many of us the time to hide in our shell and seek for the highest
Truth of life and wisdom of Who we are, What are we upto on this planet? Eat, sleep and go away without finding who we are?
The mysticism in this universe is undeniable.
The feeling of oneness with the entire planet was never so strong with countries going through same experiences. Countless deaths, suffering, loss and isolation, depression. Depression is lack of energy.
Spirituality can take one out it, prevent one getting into depression.
Spirituality is that which uplifts one's mind and spirit. It is 60% meditation, 20% service, 20% knowledge.
Wake up Shake up to the temporary nature of life. Find a spiritial master and buddies

Thousands from US participated this weekend in the SKY Happiness Retreat/SKY Breath and Meditation Workshop, with a special full 50 min live session led by
Experienced the magic of breath meditation and ancient vedic wisdom in such simple form. Participants shared they experienced such personal authentic connection with people in a few hrs, deep rest in the mind like never before and aww of their luck to hear direct from a master.. all the questions he answered were so meant for everyone

Don't lose your smile at any cost. Events come and go like the flow of river. No point in taking them seriously!!
Smiling releases endorphins, serotonin, dopamine..in simple words they all reduce stress..even if you fake the smile
