I’ve been dreaming about doing this for years! Finally… join me at Raintree Athletic Club for this 5-week arm balance and inversion workshop. We will work on a variety of arm balances, headstand, forearm stands, handstands, and drills to get you there! We will use a variety of props like chairs, mats, bolsters, the wall, etc. for safety and comfort. Open to beginners up to advanced! Bring a sense of curiosity, adventure, and courage. Improve balance, body awareness, and mindset. Saturdays starting January 20th, 10:00-10:45 am. Come to my heated power yoga class beforehand at 9:00-10:00 to get really warmed up and stay for the arm balance workshop, or just come to the workshop itself. $10/class or $30 for all 5.
