Rise & Shine is back!

We’re excited to offer two morning practice opportunities for age groupers (ages 9-12) with our “Rise & Shine” group.

Coach Preston Harrison will lead our Rise & Shine group through drills, skill work, and underwater kicking/pullouts on Monday and Wednesday mornings.

Extra attention to technique ✅
Low coach to athlete ratio ✅
Flexible departure time for school ✅
Proven way to start your day off right ✅
