🚨🚨🚨New class update! The turn out for our 6:30 am grappling class Tues/Thurs has been awesome.

So, we are happy to be adding to our schedule, two new early morning classes for those warriors that are early risers ☀️

🔺🔺🔺No-Gi grappling every Tuesday/Thursday at 6:30 a.m.

This is a comprehensive, curriculum based class that is meant to compliment our American Jiu-jitsu program. Consistently training in both our Gi and No-Gi programs will guarantee a complete fundamental base as well as a deep understanding of the intricacies and technical aspects involved at the highest levels of grappling. Looking forward to seeing you all on the mats!
