Happy Monday!

We are a week out from close for the September 12th Mini Trial and are already sitting at 32 dressage tests to be scheduled. We can schedule up to 60 comfortably. Historically we see 20 to 25 entries the night of close which is 9/6 no late fee, 9/7 with late fee.

Since entries are looking high for this show we would appreciate if folks could put their entries in early so that if we need to reach out for a second dressage judge we have the ability to do so in a timely manner.

Once we hit 60 tests we will start wait listing Horse Trials/ CTs/ Dressage only. Reminder, anyone and everyone can register for show jumping and cross country rounds, add on with no issues, register later, etc. Dressage we must be able to plan and assign ride times ahead of time so that is where wait listing will come in to play!

If you are a trainer and have multiple students and need to make a reasonable request on ride times for dressage let me know, and I'll do what I can to accomodate :)

For show jumping and cross country blocks please see below - we allocated five minutes per rider signed up for each level which should create uber comfortable windows of time.

It's going to be a great day! Please be sure to bring your sunscreen. Excitingly there will also be PRIZES for first and second place of each horse trial division! Ribbons first through sixth for any division with 4 or more riders. We split starter into two divisions because y'all showed up and showed out with the entries.

GC Photography will be in the XC field shooting photos, and Louise Walker may come by with a camera as well to practice some snaps in show jumping.

Make sure you have learned the proper dressage test for this weekend. Preliminary ride times are posted on event entries.

Preliminary show jumping and cross country blocks below. We have scheduled five minutes per rider for show jumping and cross country, which should be ample time.

Thanks for all the entries to the mini trial overnight. We have 70 entries so far, 50 of which include dressage tests. We can schedule up to 60 dressage tests and be comfortable on time, so please get your entry in on event entries by tonight if you'd like to join us this Saturday.

We will have cold drinks at dressage, show jumping, cross country, and the secretary stand. We will have light refreshments / food available at the Secretary stand.

Preliminary ride times will come out tomorrow, finalized ride times on Thursday. We will start dressage at 7:45 am to make sure we have plenty of time to get through everyone!

Gwen will be shooting xc in honor of the refreshed course!
