The one thing that kills progress faster than anything else? Inconsistency. We often wait for the perfect moment, the right energy, or a surge of motivation to get started. But the truth is: motivation is not the first step. Action is. ⚡️
Progress isn't built on the days you feel 100%. It’s built on the days you feel 20% but still show up and give your all. It’s the boring, repetitive habits that create the "beast mode" results we celebrate.
If you want to reach the next level, stop looking for a spark. Discipline comes before motivation.

I have to share an amazing accomplishment today! My client (and the best sister) set a goal to climb the Manitou Incline! This is no small feat, for anyone who doesn't know, it's a serious challenge. We set on a path to strengthen her knee after an injury and get her body ready for the task. She absolutely crushed it. Never gave up, never waivered...just pressed on and conquered that mountain!!! So proud of her for everything
