Bootcamp + Brunch at The Mish is BACK. ☀️🏔️

Join us Sunday, June 7th at 9 a.m. for one of Studio Q Fitness’ signature events of the summer an unforgettable morning of movement, mountain views, community, and brunch at the iconic Mishawaka Amphitheatre.

This event sells out every year, and spots are limited.

Here’s what you need to know:
• Bootcamp starts at 9 a.m.
• $30 for non-members
• FREE for Studio Q Fitness members
• Register through the Studio Q Fitness app
• Brunch tables must be reserved separately directly through Mishawaka Amphitheatre

There’s just something special about working out up in the canyon with this community. Fresh mountain air, sunshine, music, good people, and brunch after? Doesn’t get much better than that.

HYROX is here, Northern Colorado. 🔥

We’re hosting a FREE HYROX Informational Session at Studio Q Fitness on Wednesday, June 10th at 12:00 PM and whether you’re already signed up for a race or just HYROX curious, this is for you.

Bring your lunch, hang out with us, and come learn it all.

Big energy in the studio today 💥

We wrapped up our final HYROX + DEKA prep workout before competition weekends begin, and this crew is ready. Everyone has been putting in the work, showing up consistently, and training hard alongside Coach over the past several weeks.

This Saturday, May 30th, our DEKA athletes head to Denver for DEKA FIT, followed by our HYROX NYC crew taking on New York City on June 6th.

We’re proud of the commitment, growth, and community this team continues to build inside Studio Q Fitness. Now it’s time to go have fun and put all that training to work 🔥

LOCKED IN 30 — ROUND 2 🔒🔥

Round 1 is wrapping up this week and the results have been INCREDIBLE. Our members have absolutely crushed it, building momentum, dialing in nutrition, staying accountable, and creating real change in just 30 days. 👏

So… we’re rolling right into ROUND 2 starting Tuesday, May 26th!

This is a MEMBERS ONLY program and registration is now live in the Studio Q Fitness app.

Here’s what’s included:
✔️ Weekly InBody body scans for 30 days
✔️ Macro tracking + accountability
✔️ Private support group

There’s something special about people who genuinely love movement in all forms ✨

The people who find joy in the sweat, the challenge, the quiet moments outside on a trail, the deep breath during yoga, the strength built one rep at a time, and the simple reminder that we GET to move our bodies.

That’s exactly why we’re so excited to welcome Hannah to the Studio Q Fitness coaching team 🤍

Hannah has her B.S. in Health & Exercise Science with a Health Promotion concentration and is also a RYT 200 Restorative Yoga Certified instructor. She’s a mama, outdoor lover, movement enthusiast, and someone who truly believes fitness should make you feel more alive.

Whether it’s HIIT, strength training, trail running, biking, yoga, swimming, or hiking, she brings a grounded, encouraging energy that fits so beautifully into our community here at Studio Q Fitness.

Hannah will also be leading our brand new CenterFuse class on Wednesdays at 9:20am 🔥

CenterFuse is a new addition to our schedule focused on building core strength, glute strength, stability, mobility, and intentional movement. This class is designed to help members move better, feel stronger, and build a solid foundation from the inside out.

One of her favorite reminders lately:
“You get to do this.”

And honestly… we love that reminder too 💪

Week 7. 🔥

What started as training for DEKA Denver and HYROX New York has turned into something so much bigger.

This group has shown up week after week ready to work pushing through hard workouts, encouraging each other, building confidence, and creating friendships that honestly can’t fully be explained unless you’ve experienced it yourself.

That’s what makes this style of training so powerful.
Yes, it challenges you physically. But it also brings people together in a really special way.

At Studio Q Fitness, community has always been the foundation of who we are, and this crew is such a reflection of that. Different backgrounds, different goals, one team showing up together and getting stronger together.

One more week of training left before we head into race prep mode, and race day is just a couple weeks away.
