HYROX Half Simulation

Whatever division you’re signed up for in the November race is the same format you’ll do for the simulation — singles, doubles, or relay. If you’re doing doubles or relay, you’ll work with your actual race partner/team.

The half will use the same weights as the race, but at half the distance.

• Sunday, October 11
• First heat at 9:00am
• Heats go off every 7 minutes
• Free for Evolve members | $30 for non-members

There will be a heat sign-up sheet at the gym. ONLY ONE PERSON FROM YOUR TEAM NEEDS TO SIGN UP FOR A HEAT TIME.

Athletes are responsible for warming themselves up and being ready to start at their assigned heat time. Make sure you arrive with enough time to get warm and ready to go!

Come get a feel for the format, practice your transitions, work with your team, and see where you’re at heading into November.
