Weโ€™re kicking things off with Jemima! ๐Ÿ’š Todayโ€™s move is a fun, flirty way to get onto the pole โ€” and if youโ€™re feeling spicy, take it all the way down to the floor. ๐Ÿ‘€

Add it to your freestyle, play with the transitions, and make it your own!

Save this one for your next pole session & give it a try! ๐Ÿ‹โ€๐ŸŸฉ
