RMDL Meet #2 - Pilgrims, Pies, and Perfect 10s hosted by was a great success! For many of these ‘Next Gen Norks’ it was their first meet! A great Novice meet and full of fun and excitement!!

This weekend is the first meet of the RMDL Championship Series The Golden Spike Invite hosted by !! 12 divers entered, so LET’S GO NORCO!!

.zwicke becomes Norco Diving’s first international competitor as she dives in n the Rijeka Open in Rijeka, Croatia! 🇭🇷 we are so proud of Heidz and all she’s done to earn her spot with The AAU USA Team! Good luck Heidi!!

Thanks Coach MJ, Coach Parker, and Coach Brian for all of your help throughout the season and at The Morry Arbini Invite! You are one of the big parts of what makes Norco so special!!

Another amazing day at the Morry Arbini Invite - AAU REB Nationals Qualifier! Heidi clinches her 2nd GOLD medal finish (champ on 1m & 3m), Tesla earns the bronze, Parker shined in the Boys Group A, and the rest of the Norco Fam shined all around! Awesome Novice performances and incredible help from our loving families! Thanks for all you do!! AND a big shout out to Coach , Coach , and Coach … you guys are so awesome!!

Day One of the Morry Arbini Invite; AAU Nationals Qualifier and THREE Norks finished in the top 6 of their event, each one earning a spot at AAU RWB Nationals! BUT… the BIG SHOUT OUT goes to .zwicke who took FIRST PLACE 🥇 on 3m, earning her a spot to represent the USA in an international meet Croatia! Way to go Heidz-M’Guidz!

Back out at the Flip Lot today!! A little cloudy but still low 70’s and a blast with friends and sport!!

It’s hard to beat it when the Norks who went off to college want to spend some of their spring (or Thanksgiving/Christmas/Summer) breaks with their Norco Family. Welcome home!!

Big year at for Norco at the NCAA championships this year!! Coaches & Alum Brendan and Aspen! Aspen with a 7th place finish on the 1m to close out her Sr year and Brendan (JR) contributing to his team at Denison University’s DIII National Championship!! We are so proud of these two and really looking to having them coach and train this summer with us again!! Way to go you two!! .stanley_

Day 2 at the Out of the Box Invite hosted by ! Great experience and learning with teams like Mission Viejo Nadadors and Woodlands Dive Academy! There is nothing like learning by competing!
