The bar to get started here is lower than you think.

You don't need a baseline. You don't need experience. You don't need to already look the part.

You just need to show up once and let us take it from there.

This past weekend the RE:GEN crew took on the Spartan Race Sprint at Fort Carson. 5k of terrain, obstacles like a 50 yard uphill barbed wire crawl and a mud pit that we came prepared for with googles (see slide 4).

Everyone moved at their own pace. Nobody finished alone. When the last person crossed the finish line, the rest of the team was there waiting, cheering them on. That's the part that sticks with you.

This was hard. Genuinely hard. And every single person showed up, got through it, and walked away proud. That's what this crew is built on.

Same time next year. Who's in?

The year is almost half way over.

You can keep waiting for a better time, or you can just start today.

The 5:30am crew that shows up before the rest of the world is awake.

The member who just hit a PR they've been chasing for months while everyone in the room stops to cheer.

The conversations that happen between sets, the check-ins that have nothing to do with fitness, the familiar faces that start to feel like a reason to show up.

A gym is just equipment and square footage.

What makes it something worth coming back to is the people inside it.

Tony and Jenn didn't exactly run in the same circles before RE:GEN.

He's 30, works in the service industry, comes in ready to move. She's a mom of three in her 40s, fitting training into whatever window the day gives her.

They ended up in the same session. Then the next one. Then the one after that.

Now they push each other, check in on each other, and greet each other with a hug that clocks in at a hard eight seconds minimum. Apparently that's the threshold for an actual mood boost. They take it seriously.

That's the thing about this place. You don't find your people by looking for them. You just show up, do the work, and somehow they're just there.

Three months, six months, nine months, and twelve months of showing up, lifting heavy, and building something that actually sticks.

This isn't a gym habit anymore. It's just life.

We're so proud of every single one of you.

Crunches build abs. They do not burn belly fat.

Fat loss is systemic. Your body pulls from everywhere at once, and your genetics write the order of operations.

What you can control is showing up, lifting consistently, and eating well. Do that long enough, and the composition changes.

You just do not get to pick the timeline.

The fitness industry loves complexity.

More programs. More supplements. More things to track.

The truth is, the basics done consistently will outwork any complicated system every time.

Train 2-3x per week. Hit your protein. Sleep. Move. Recover.

That's the framework. Everything else is noise.
