The Spoke, a living lab, is Colorado State University’s on-campus cycling maintenance education training center servicing our University students, faculty and staff. The City is looking for your input on Shields Street between Stuart Street and Lake Street. This project will improve safety and comfort for people who walk, bike and drive along this stretch of road. Planned improvements include wide shared-use paths and redesigned intersections.
