New to hip-hop? This class is your safe space to start. We break down foundational grooves, basic footwork, and simple yet fun choreography at a comfortable pace. You’ll build rhythm, coordination, and confidence while learning to let loose and have fun. No judgment, no pressure, just good music and good vibes!
Bollywood Dance Masala, Mondays 8:00-9:00pm
Color, culture, and contagious energy, Welcome to Bollywood Dance Masala! This class blends vibrant Indian dance styles with contemporary moves and expressive storytelling set to upbeat music that will have you smiling from the very first beat. Come for fitness, come for culture, or just come to have a blast. No experience needed, just bring your enthusiasm!
Ballet 1, Mon 6:45-7:45 with Emmaline
Every great dancer started somewhere and this is your somewhere! Ballet 1 is a beginner friendly class that covers the basics of ballet technique in a warm and welcoming space. No experience needed, ballet shoes encouraged but socks will absolutely do. Come take your very first steps with us!
Zumba Gold, Mon 4:15-5:15pm with Georgia
Same party. Same music. Same good vibes. Just easier on the body! Zumba Gold is low impact, beginner friendly, and designed to make you feel amazing without the intensity of a traditional Zumba class. Because everyone deserves to dance!

No memorizing combos, no stress, just simple repetitive moves that get your heart pumping and your confidence soaring. It's less of a workout and more of a dance party and your body will feel the difference. All fitness levels welcome.
