“exploring the road less traveled in search of the unimaginable“

08/12/2026

Sometimes you don’t need to get away for a weekend.

Sometimes you need to GO.

COUNTRY ROADS | October 2–31

If you’ve been craving a real break from it all, this is it.

Country Roads is a large-scale adventure with a completely different pace. Weeks on the road, incredible scenery, backroads, trails, mountain towns, remote camps and the freedom to slow down and actually enjoy the places we discover along the way.

No rushing from one highlight to the next. No trying to cram an entire adventure into a weekend. Just time to explore, reset, and remember why we started doing this in the first place.

And yes, we know what you might be thinking…

“There’s no way I can disappear for that long.”

Don’t let that automatically stop you.

If Country Roads is calling your name but you can only make part of the journey, reach out to us. There may be options, and we’d rather have the conversation than see you write off an experience you’ve been dreaming about.

Because there will always be another reason to wait.

Work. Schedules. Responsibilities. Next year.

At some point, Someday has to become today.

No More Someday.

This October, come disappear into the mountains with us.

GET LOST 2 — COMPLETE. 🌲🔥

Another 207 Overland adventure into the North Maine Woods is officially in the books!

Get Lost 2 was everything this trip was supposed to be: remote, rugged, unpredictable, and completely off the beaten path. We spent the weekend exploring forgotten and overgrown roads, pushing deeper into the Maine wilderness, navigating obstacles, turning around when the woods said “not today,” and finding out where the next trail would take us.

There was no perfect route and no guarantee of what was around the next corner. That’s the whole point of Get Lost.

Miles of dirt roads. Overgrown trails. Mud. Rocks. Bushwhacking. Wildlife. Incredible scenery. Campfires. And a great group of people willing to embrace the unknown and enjoy the adventure together.

These trips aren’t about getting from Point A to Point B. They’re about exploring the roads less traveled, seeing places most people never will, and making memories with some pretty awesome people along the way.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for Get Lost 2 and helped make another trip into the North Maine Woods one to remember.

The rigs are dirty, the gear needs to be cleaned, and Get Lost 2 is officially complete.

Until the next dirt road… 🤘

Thank you Catlin Creations for the GREAT pictures!

THIS IS IT.

Your “Someday” starts TONIGHT at 8PM.

For 2027, we’re pulling out all the stops. Years of exploring Newfoundland, hundreds of hours of research, the places that left us speechless, the trails we still talk about, and the campsites we never wanted to leave are all coming together for one unforgettable expedition.

Newfoundland: Homecoming.

And this time, we’re assembling an expedition crew like never before. Some of our Trail Leaders and Ambassadors. Familiar faces. New friends. And a very limited number of people ready to stop saying “maybe someday” and finally say “I’m going.”

This isn’t just another trip to Newfoundland. This is everything we’ve learned, everything we’ve discovered, and everything we love about this incredible island distilled into the experience we’ve always wanted to create.

Reservations open TONIGHT at 8PM.

Availability is extremely limited, and ferry space will disappear quickly. If Newfoundland has ever been on your list, don’t watch this expedition happen from home and tell yourself next time.

No More Someday.

Tonight, make the decision.

Be there at 8PM.

TOMORROW NIGHT. 8PM. NEWFOUNDLAND: HOMECOMING OPENS.

This is the one we’ve been building toward.

Three years of exploring Newfoundland. Hundreds of hours of research. Countless trails, campsites, hidden places, conversations with locals, and moments that have completely changed what we thought an expedition could be.

Now we’re taking everything we’ve learned and bringing it together for Newfoundland: Homecoming.

Reservations open tomorrow night, August 11th at 8PM.

Spots are extremely limited and strictly first come, first served. And remember, securing your place with us early is also important because ferry availability is limited too, and those tickets can disappear quickly.

If Newfoundland has been sitting on your someday list, this is your sign.

No More Someday.

Be ready at 8PM tomorrow.

The Gaspé Adventure is off to an incredible start.

Over the last few days, our crew has covered countless miles of gravel roads, winding two-track, and some seriously fun trails. We’ve climbed to unforgettable viewpoints, shared incredible meals around the fire, and wrapped up each day with the kind of campsites that remind you why we do this in the first place.

But the best part? We’re just getting started.

Today, we leave the mountains behind and turn our attention toward the Gulf of Saint Lawrence. Rugged coastline, endless ocean views, and another full day of exploration are waiting for us around the next bend.

This is exactly what DestinationXtreme is all about. No rushing. No crowds. Just a great group of people discovering places that most travelers will never see.

No More Someday.

Sometimes during a DX trip to truly soak in everything an area has to offer, you need to step out of the woods when a truly unique opportunity presents itself. Today was one of those days! Exploring a submarine, learning about a nearby shipwreck, street tacos and then dipping back into the woods for another campsite on the water. Fantastic trip so far and a great crew on this years Gaspe Expedition.
