9:30am Memorial Day Murph 🇺🇸

Today wasn’t about pace, PRs, or who finished first.
It was about showing up, pushing through discomfort, and honoring the sacrifice of those who gave everything for our freedom.

The Murph workout is performed in honor of Lieutenant Michael P. Murphy, who was killed in action in Afghanistan in 2005. What started as one of his favorite workouts became a tradition carried out across the country every Memorial Day to remember the fallen and recognize the cost of freedom.

1 mile run.
100 pull-ups.
200 push-ups.
300 squats.
1 mile run.

A workout that tests your body, but more importantly your mindset.

Proud of every single person that walked through the doors at MC Fitness today and embraced the challenge together. Different fitness levels. Same effort. Same respect. Same mission.
