With 19 years of Kung Fu experience and a Black Belt, plus 10+ years as a fitness coach, she brings serious skill, global experience, and unmatched passion to the studio. She’s coached Kickboxing, Tai Chi, and spent 2 years as a Rumble trainer in Australia before recently moving back to Miami.

She’s competed across martial arts, CrossFit, trail running, and endurance events—and now she’s bringing that energy straight to Fort Lauderdale.
