Tips:
- Hold dumbbell up to chest
- Push hips back doing hip hinge
- Back straight
- Knees behind toes
- Push through the heels
- Squeeze buttocks & touch the seat
- Draw in abs
- Center head in a neutral position
- Inhale when squatting and exhale when standing up
- Always have knees slightly bent
