We are excited to announce that Zack Held has joined the team of personal trainers here at Symmetry Fitness & Performance and is available for one-on-one and small group personal training!

About Zack:

Zack has been in the fitness community for over a decade. His career started in NYC with SoulCycle where he trained at all the major NYC metro locations including Connecticut and Long Island as went as far south as Coral Gables.

Continuing his streak in the boutique fitness industry in NYC, Zack taught at Flywheel, Barry’s Bootcamp, and was the Founding Master Instructor and Director of Fitness for Switch Playground USA where he worked for 4 years. After spending most of his life in NYC, Zack traveled westward to Dallas where he worked for John Reed Fitness, Lifetime Dallas and Neon Cycle & Strength before coming home to his native South Florida.

Zack has trained groups locally at all major Rumble Boxing South Florida locations including Fort Lauderdale, Boca, Hollywood and currently now in the Plantation location and is a founding instructor with Tremble opening soon in Fort Lauderdale.

Zack is excited to bring his years of experience and knowledge of the mind-body connection to Symmetry as a personal trainer and looks forward to taking you to your full mind-body potential as The Strongest You!

Side to side lunges with a deep set hold were the finisher for our lunchtime workout - and boy did they get these legs blown! It’s all about form and control on that slow power up and over.

Started the morning early at with and in what was a total knock-out AMRAP small group training session - and these strong ladies never disappoint. Both of them mile-stoning this morning during our session.
