Our year came to an end this weekend with our tour championship at PGA Vilage in Port St. Lucie. It has been an exciting year with new venues added and great golf played by our members, and a big shout out goes to you the players who support the UsAmTour not only in S. Florida but around the country. With that being said the exciting 2 days at PGA Village brought a lot of great golf and a ton of laughs to cap off the year. Our tour champions for the year are-

Yesterday our event was held at Atlantic National Golf Club in Lake Worth. A steamy S. Florida afternoon and a great course made this an all around fun round of golf. Plenty of birdies and playoffs in 2 flights highlighted the event.
In the Champ flight, Noah Jacob won the trophy with a nice round of 76.
Jorge Lopez(83) edged out Tim Tronzo in a playoff to capture the Player flight.
Another playoff saw our tournament director Greg MacGraw(78) beat Brad Lear and take home the Hogan flight.
In the Palmer flight Ed Dyer was a run away winner with a nice 86.
Joey Miller was back in the winners circle taking home the trophy in the Sr. Jones flight with a round of 91.
Finally our biggest winner of the day came in the Sr Tiger flight. Ken Akins(93) won his fourth tournament in a row and got $350 in skins money.

Our next tournament is coming up this Saturday at Indian Spring Country Club and keep in mind that registration in now open for our tour championship at PGA Village in Port St. Lucie.

Our pre major tournament yesterday was held at Hammock Creek Golf Club in Palm City. Beautiful South Florida afternoon and all enjoyed a challenging course and a great warm-up for the weekend at PGA National. Five flights were contested and the the flight winners are:

Jones- Brett Goodson

Our next tournament is scheduled for June 7th at TPC Eagle Trace in Coral Springs, and our tournament at Boca Raton Golf Club has a new date of June 14.

On a windy Saturday afternoon our players teed it up at Westchester Country Club yesterday. A challenging track made for a fun round of golf. In the Champ flight Alexander Varkas coming off a playoff win last week made it 2 in a row with a round of 80. In the Hogan flight Ivory Christen won in a playoff with an 87. Robert Pollio captured his second title in a row in the Player flight with a tournament low score of 79. The Jones flight was won by Joey Miller with an 85, and our Sr. Tiger flight saw Ken Akins win back to back titles with an 111.

Our next tournament is Friday May 2nd at Hammock Creek in Palm City. It's the Friday before the PGA major and spots are filling up fast so come out and join us for a fun round.

Indian Spring Country Club hosted our tournament on April 12 in Boynton Beach. We had great competition in all flights and we crowned 5 champions.

Bonaventure Country Club hosted our tournament last Saturday and a course we haven't played in many years did not disappoint. Great lay out and very nice greens made it a fun round for our players. We crowned champions in 6 flights and they are-

Our next tournament is Saturday March 29 at Bonaventure Golf Club in Weston. A beautiful course with the famous waterfall par 3 and a S. Florida staple for years. The course has gone through substantial upgrades the last year and is in fantastic shape. Sign and play this gem with registration closing on Wednesday April 26.
