Defensive Leg Lock Fundamentals Seminar with Dima Murovanni

Dima Murovanni is one of the leading modern Jiu-Jitsu coaches, known for his conceptual approach and his work with high-level athletes around the world. His teaching focuses on mechanics, timing, and transferable principles that work at every level.

This seminar is designed for practitioners from white to black belt. The concepts are universal and can be immediately applied, regardless of experience.
