So, when I was invited to the WPO, Rudy and I talked and he said if I finish in the TOP 10, that he would Sponsor me.

Well it’s time to say Goodbye.
Iron Compound Gym has closed its doors.
We would like to thank you all who made our gym the #1 gym in South Florida. As we began to let all our members know that we were closing, all we heard was “there is no gym like this one.” “It will be missed.” “And Please, please let us know when you are opening another one.” Sorry.
Shawn and I made a decision that it was best for US that we move on.
We will still be hosting meets and continue being part of the Powerlifting world.
Owning 2 businesses, working 7 days a week was a struggle.
But, we have a great group of friends that became our family and you can’t ask for anything better.

Our new hours of operation have changed. EFFECTIVE Immediately.. Tuesday SEPT 7.
Monday - Friday
6am-2pm, 4pm-8pm.
Sat and Sun 10am-2pm
The gym will be Closed from 2pm-4pm Monday - Friday.

This was pretty cool. As I was watching the deadlifts and then “WOW” I was being talked about. What a smile it put on my face and I blushed just a little bit. So exciting.
