Just because Florida law removes the duty to retreat doesn’t mean standing still is the smartest option.

This clip shows civilian defensive training that prioritizes movement, distance, and angle management — with the goal of breaking contact when possible.

Stand Your Ground eliminates a legal requirement to retreat, but every action is still judged on reasonableness, restraint, and decision-making under stress. Movement and disengagement are often the safer outcome, tactically and legally.

This is professional civilian training focused on awareness, judgment, and survival — not aggression.
