Finals for the 93rd annual Ione D. Jones/Doherty Women's Amateur Championship tournament at Coral Ridge Country Club today! Two college golfers are battling it out for top honors in the Women’s Amateur Division as Georgia freshman and Delray Beach resident Gabriella Albert faces University of Illinois senior Anna Ritter. In the 40th annual Senior Flight, Suzi Spotleson and Sue Cohn will play for the title.

Next week! The 93rd Jones/Doherty Championships have been embraced by the Club for the past 70 years, we are honored to watch some of the worlds most talented players compete in this USGA recognized match play event. The Jones/Doherty is one of the largest and longest running tournaments in Women's Amateur Golf. Only the U.S. Women's Amateur and U.S. Amateur Championships, both in their 131st years, and the U.S. Public Links Championship (104 years) have been around longer. Best of luck ladies!
