There’s just something different about events that nourish you and let you enjoy the experience at the same time ✨

Flow & Feast at the Fort Lauderdale Wine & Food Festival was exactly that.

Yes, I know this post is super late. As they say “better late than never!”

Sound healing, yoga, connection, and being surrounded by people who are intentional about how they live and what they put into their bodies.

I got to explore so many amazing vendors — from vegan wines to mushroom elixirs — and of course, the food did not disappoint 😌

But let’s talk about the highlight…that vegan tiramisu 🤯

Hands down the BEST I’ve ever had.

Huge shoutout to for the incredible sushi, udon noodles, the best vegan croquetas and that unforgettable dessert. You can taste the intention in every bite.

This is what living well looks like… balance, community, and enjoying every part of the experience!

I used to wonder if something was wrong with me…
Why I could be on my own for so long.

But the truth is…nothing is wrong with me.
I’ve just always known what I deserve.

I value peace.

And in this season…I’ve deepened that relationship with myself.

Let this be your reminder…

There is nothing wrong with you.

This is sacred space.

A time to grow, to connect deeper with who you are, with God, with your purpose.

There was a time I used to wait until I felt “ready”…but now I trust that the feeling comes after the decision.

I’ve learned that growth asks us to move before we have all the answers. To take the step, even when it feels uncertain, and trust that we’re being guided somewhere greater.

I’ve taken risks, I’ve walked into the unknown, and I’ve allowed myself to be stretched in ways that didn’t always feel comfortable…but deep down, I knew it was part of becoming.

Because every time I chose growth over comfort, I felt more aligned, more connected, more like me.

You don’t have to have it all figured out. You just have to be willing to listen to that quiet pull within you… the one that’s asking for more.

You can create a new life. You can choose differently. You can step into a version of yourself that your soul already knows is possible.

March 15th marked one year since you’ve transitioned from this world… it still hurts knowing I can’t hold you, hug you, or kiss you in the physical.

But I feel you in ways I can’t always explain, in quiet moments, in signs, in my dreams, and in the strength that rises within me when I need it most.

You will always live in my heart, and I promise to honor you by keeping your spirit alive through me every single day.

I miss you more than words can express, but I find peace in knowing you’re no longer gone… just transformed, guiding me, protecting me, and walking beside me in a different way.

The truth is that while it may not be obvious on the outside, so much is happening behind the scenes in your body. Strength is building, muscle is forming, your energy is improving, and your confidence is growing… even if those changes aren’t visible right away.

But none of that happens overnight.

It happens when you keep showing up. even on the days you feel tired, when the scale isn’t moving, and when progress feels slower than you’d like.

To my ladies 40, 50, and beyond, this is your reminder that your body is still capable of getting stronger, your health is still worth prioritizing, and every single workout counts.

So keep going. Keep lifting. Keep moving.

it felt like such a genuine exchange…and the fact that it happened on International Women’s Day made it even more meaningful.

A beautiful reminder that sometimes the best moments in life happen when we least expect them.

Yoga is one of my favorite ways to rest, restore, and recalibrate… so I can show up even stronger for the next workout. 🧘‍♀️

I’m really glad more people are talking about ultra-processed foods.

Because this conversation matters.

But here’s what I always tell my clients…
We can’t just remove what isn’t serving us.
We have to replace it with what actually rebuilds us.

Especially in our 40s and beyond, when hormones are shifting, stress is higher, and energy doesn’t bounce back the way it used to.

This isn’t about dieting.
It’s about restoring.

Today’s protein pancakes 🥞

Yummm 😋 but also…functional.

One thing I’m always helping my women with is increasing protein in a way that feels doable, clean, and sustainable, especially in our 40s, 50s, and beyond when muscle, metabolism, and hormones really start asking for more support.

This is one of my go-to quick breakfasts using MVP Sport Protein (chocolate) from Purium for a simple, high-quality protein boost.

Recipe:
• 3 Tbsp MVP protein (chocolate)
• 1/2 cup ground organic, glyphosate-free oats
• 1 Tbsp baking powder
• 2 Tbsp chia seeds
• 1/2 cup plant-based milk
• A few shakes of cinnamon

Mix and grill on low heat until bubbly, then flip.

Makes 6 small pancakes
✨ 16g protein

Top with organic blueberries + organic maple syrup and you’ve got a balanced, protein-forward breakfast that supports blood sugar, energy, and muscle.

This is what simple, intentional nutrition looks like.
No extremes. No restriction. Just support. 💛
